1. Processing Time:

    We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after your confirmed payment for products indicated as in-stock.

    Boring accepts certain pre-orders for certain products, where indicated on the Site.  Each pre-order offer contains a forecast regarding when Boring reasonably anticipates shipment of the next batch of pre-orders, based on availability of materials and production lead times. 

    If, after taking your payment for a pre-order of a product, Boring learns we will be unable to ship your pre-ordered product within the forecasted time indicated at the time of your pre-order payment, we will either contact you for instructions regarding the delay or refund your money.  

    2. Shipping Methods & Carriers:

    Boring ships via FedEx Ground.  

    3. Free Shipping In Contiguous 48 United States:

      We offer FREE shipping via FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous United States.

      We can ship to Alaska or Hawaii with an additional fee of $250 per mattress. Please note that shipping fees for items delivered to Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

      We do not sell or ship internationally.

      4. Delivery Timeframes:

      Boring mattresses are manufactured in and shipped from Arizona.  Once shipped via FedEx Ground, they may take approximately 1-5 business days in transit depending on the destination.

      To get a more accurate estimate for a delivery date or to inquire about alternative shipping destinations, feel free to contact us. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays may impact delivery times.

      5. Order Tracking:

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information you can use to track your order(s).

      6. Shipping Restrictions:

      Items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations – or destinations that otherwise do not accept FedEx Ground deliveries.

      7. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

      In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately.

      We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
