Processing Time
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after your confirmed payment for products indicated as in-stock.
Boring accepts certain pre-orders for certain products, where indicated on the Site. Each pre-order offer contains a forecast regarding when Boring reasonably anticipates shipment of the next batch of pre-orders, based on availability of materials and production lead times.
If, after taking your payment for a pre-order of a product, Boring learns we will be unable to ship your pre-ordered product within the forecasted time indicated at the time of your pre-order payment, we will either contact you for instructions regarding the delay or refund your money.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Boring ships via FedEx Ground.
Our mattresses are compressed and packed in the following box sizes for convenient shipping to your door:
- 15"x15"x44" for Twin, Twin XL, Full
- 17"x17"x44" for Queen, King, Cal King
Free Shipping In Contiguous 48 United States
We offer free shipping via FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
We do not sell or ship internationally.
Order Holds & Specific Delivery Dates
By placing an order, you reserve your inventory and your spot in our production queue.
You can also request that we delay production for a period of time by reaching out to us. However, due to limitations with FedEx, we do not have the ability to schedule delivery for a specific day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can check the status and delivery estimate using that tracking number at any time.
If any items are scheduled for delivery too soon, you can use the FedEx Delivery Manager website to request a hold on your packages.
Shipping to Hawaii
We partner with a freight forwarder in California that can forward Boring products to the islands at a fair price. Contact us for details.
Delivery Timeframes
Boring mattresses are manufactured in and shipped from Arizona. Once shipped via FedEx Ground, they may take approximately 1-5 business days in transit depending on the destination.
To get a more accurate estimate for a delivery date or to inquire about alternative shipping destinations, feel free to contact us. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays may impact delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information you can use to track your order(s).
Shipping Restrictions
Items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations – or destinations that otherwise do not accept FedEx Ground deliveries.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.

Boring reserves the right to update or modify our Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
