The Boring Hybrid has a cushioned surface with medium-firm support underneath. Here’s what goes into it.
Room for your shoulders and hips
Responsive foam cushions pressure points and springs back as you move, so it’s easy to change positions.
Space for heat to escape
A breathable knit cover, open-cell foams, and a coil base let air move through the mattress.
Support across the bed
Individually wrapped coils respond to your body. Foam around the edges adds support when you sit or sleep near the side.

Casper Dream Hybrid with the standard Cozy Cover. Both Dream and Boring Hybrid combine foam with pocket springs, so this is a hybrid-to-hybrid comparison. The Queen price excludes Casper’s optional QuickCool™ Cover and bedding bundle. Dream Max and Snow are different models and are not included here.
Boring Hybrid has a medium-firm 6/10 feel, with fast-recovery Energex™ foam over pocket springs. Casper describes Dream as medium, with responsive Breathe Flex Foam, zoned memory foam, and encased coils.
Dream’s zoned foam is softer around the shoulders and firmer under the hips, waist, and lower back. Both mattresses offer cushioning and bounce, but they won’t feel identical. Firmness labels are each brand’s own; your body and sleeping position affect how a mattress feels.
Boring offers 365 nights from delivery. Casper offers 100 nights from delivery, with a required 30-night adjustment period before returns. Both offer a 10-year limited mattress warranty.

Boring Hybrid combines a breathable knit cover, open-cell foam, and a coil base that lets air move through the mattress. Casper Dream also uses breathable open-cell foam and coils, and offers an optional QuickCool™ Cover for an additional charge.

Email or text us within 365 nights of delivery. We help coordinate pickup or a suitable donation and cover pickup for mattresses in suitable condition. Our mattresses are assembled to order in Arizona and typically ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location. Check current shipping status before ordering.
Use a firm, flat foundation, a platform bed with slats no more than 3 inches apart, or a compatible adjustable base. Traditional box springs with actual springs and placing the mattress directly on the floor are not recommended. See compatible foundations.
All standard mattress sizes are available: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, Cal King.
Boring mattresses are fiberglass-free. Casper also identifies its current Dream mattress as fiberglass-free.
