Our mattress is a "6" on a 0-10 firmness scale, which strikes a good balance between pressure relief and support. It has a plush feeling on top through the foam layers, and the motion-reducing coil base will support you.

I just finished my first night of sleep on a queen boring mattress. It was GREAT! It felt firmer than what I had before (a Casper pillow top) but I didn't realize that softness was bothering my back. I feel better this morning than in a long time! I'm shockingly pleased.

I’ve found the boring mattress temperature to be a MASSIVE improvement for my sleep. You know that feeling where the bed is perfectly cozy and you don’t want to get up in the morning? I’ve had that going on.

I'm getting very comfortable rest. I will say that I'm able to sleep all the way on the edge (I'm about 140 lbs) and I'm completely supported still, which I'm very pleased with.

I purchased a king sized mattress in February and after two months of sleeping on it, I can say this is a winner! It's both supportive and soft and I definitely don't want to get out of bed in the morning (both good and bad ;D). I also appreciate how straightforward the shopping options are from this company.
I sleep on this queen mattress with my girlfriend. I am really impressed with how well the mattress supports me on the edge when she inevitably takes up all of the room. Furthermore when I toss at night, she mentions she doesn't feel it (though she is a relatively deep sleeper). No complaints, which is everything I wanted out of a mattress. We are between 120-150 lbs each, primarily back and side sleepers. Great support, great sleep. Highly recommend. So far in the cool spring the temperature has been great, and I'll update my review as the hot summer rolls in.
I appreciate this company's ethos; prior to finding out about these guys, I was getting overwhelmed watching comparison review after comparison review, really stressing about getting the *perfect* mattress (darn analysis paralysis). I admit to being wary to buy a fairly newly-produced mattress, particularly without being able to try it out in a shop (although the company does offer a sleep trial). Based on the quality of the materials, as well as the promise of the excellent customer service and the background experience of the founders, I decided to take a chance and give it a try. My goodness, I am super impressed!
As soon as I had opened it up, it was evident that there was practically no smell, which was really encouraging and unusual for most large furniture purchases nowadays. The mattress is phenomenally comfortable. It's very supportive and certainly meets the description of medium-firm. Coming from a eurotop, I didn't know how I would get on with this (the previous was definitely a softer, more bouncy mattress), but I vastly prefer it, as it doesn't have a sinking feeling of buoyancy to it. The quality of sleep on this thing is fantastic - the edge support is beyond anything else I have tried and there is pretty much a complete lack of motion transfer to the other side, which as many will know is vital for sharing a mattress.
I should also highlight that the service provided by Boring has been outstanding. They delivered the mattress early, provided loads of additional information whenever I requested it and were really supportive when I had some troubleshooting to do.
I'm very skeptical of buying mattress online, having read all that I have now with respect to gimmicks, overpricing and concerns about material quality. I was equally skeptical here, but gave it a go based on what the company was saying. I can confidently state that they are completely standing by their product and meeting the standard that they describe. I'm really impressed and would happily buy another mattress when we next need one (e.g. for another room). I'm also aware I sound like a shill at this point - I'm not, I've just been very impressed by the mattress and the company up to this point, so I can't help but fully recommend!
